Six areas of work, all handled by the same team. Below you will find what each one covers and what you get.
What we do
Six areas, one single team
You talk to one person. That person deals with the stage, the artist, the broadcaster and the finances, and tells you what matters.
Addition Financial Arena · Orlando
01
General production
This is the role that holds the whole event together. We build the schedule, hire and manage every vendor, run the meetings and direct the day, from the first truck in to the last guest heading home.
You get one point of contact. And that person knows everything.
What you get
Master schedule and load-in plan
Vendor hiring and management
A minute-by-minute run of show
Stage and operations direction on the day
Load-in · Orlando
02
Technical production
Stage, structure, sound, lighting, LED and set design go from drawing to floor with one of our people overseeing every step of the load-in.
In a stadium, that includes protecting the pitch. At Neo Química Arena, that care even made the sports news.
What you get
Technical design and floor plans
Sound, lighting and LED specs
Load-in and load-out supervision
Turf and floor protection in stadiums and arenas
Taya · Manaus
03
Artists and tours
We book, host and look after everyone who steps on stage. We did it for Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes on their February 2024 tour through Manaus, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Belém, and for Tiffany Hudson at Vira Brasil 2025.
Rider, soundcheck, hotel, ground transport, green room and run of show all sit with the same team, in Portuguese or English.
What you get
Negotiation with the artist or the agency
Technical and hospitality riders handled
Travel, hotel and transport for the artist’s team
Bilingual production, in Portuguese and English
Live on SBT · Allianz Parque
04
Live broadcast
When an event goes on air, the production changes size. Cameras, cuts, program timing and every agreement with the network have to fit the same run of show as the stage.
Vira Brasil aired live on national TV on SBT two years in a row. On New Year’s Eve 2026, the broadcast reached 15 million homes.
What you get
Camera and capture plan
A stage run of show built around TV timing
Direct coordination with the network and the video crew
Streaming to the web
Before the doors open
05
Financial management
An open budget, line by line, before anything is signed. During production, you can follow what has been hired and what has already been paid.
At the end, the financial report comes out organized for the sponsor, the church or the public agency.
What you get
A line-by-line budget
Contracts with vendors and artists
Tracking of what was hired and paid
A financial report at close
Before everything
06
Pre-production
Before signing with a stadium, we study the venue, the date, the crowd you can realistically expect and the real cost of every choice.
Sometimes the best answer is a smaller venue or a different date. We would rather tell you that at the start.
What you get
Venue and date study
Audience and cost estimate
Pre-production timeline
An honest opinion on what is worth doing
How we work
Five steps, no surprises
Every event follows the same path. You always know which step you are on and what comes next.
01
Conversation
We listen to what you want to do, for whom and on what budget.
02
Proposal
Scope, schedule, team and cost, written for your event. No copy-and-paste proposals.
03
Pre-production
A weekly meeting, agreed milestones and a schedule you can follow.
04
The day
Our team arrives before everyone else. You focus on what only you can do. We take care of the rest.
05
After
Photos, videos, a report and an honest conversation about what we can do better next time.
The Big Moments ecosystem
What we built around the event
The ticketing, the booking, the production system and the agency are our own. That keeps ticket sales, the artist and the production speaking the same language.
If your question isn’t here, just ask. Our team replies within 24 hours.
Do you produce events outside Brazil?
Yes. We have an office in Orlando and have produced events in the United States, in Orlando, Miami and Boston, and in Europe, in Lisbon, Guimarães, London, Paris, Madrid and Dublin. Our team travels with the production and works with local partners.
Do you work with churches of any size?
We have produced a 3,000-person conference in a Miami concert hall and a 50,000-person New Year’s Eve in a São Paulo stadium. Tell us what you have in mind. If the project isn’t a fit for us, you will hear that in the very first conversation.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the venue, the audience, the artists and what you already have in place. That’s why we don’t use a price list. Every proposal comes with a scope, schedule and cost written for your event, after a conversation.
How do we get started?
Through the form or a WhatsApp message. Our production team replies within 24 hours and sets up a call to understand your event. The proposal comes after that.
Can you handle ticketing?
When an event sells tickets, it can sell them through our own ticketing: BigIngresso in Brazil and BigPass in the United States.
Do you do live broadcasts?
Yes. We coordinate capture and direction for TV and streaming, together with the network or the video crew. Vira Brasil aired live on national TV on SBT two years in a row.
